Our goal from "day one" has been to serve the freshest, highest quality seafood product to our guests.
In order to achieve this, we have our own fish truck on the road daily.
Our Fish buyer makes the rounds to locate what fish is available and whether or not it meets our standards.
Many times we not only know when the fish was caught, but where and by whom.
Our varied suppliers know what quality we expect and go out of their way to save the "top of the catch" for us.
After making our purchases, we insure that the product is handled properly...iced, and cut to order.
Upon entering the front door, the aromas will overwhelm your senses.
The kitchen here is an open kitchen, and draws our customers into visually participating in the preparation of their dinner.
Guests walk immediately up to the line to see "what's cooking". Everyone asks questions, talks to the chefs, and many even make their dinner choices right then and there.
Our dishes are prepared in such a way as to enhance the fish not overpower it.
An evening with us will not only give you a wonderful meal but an entertaining evening as well.
